Our Return Promise

We stand behind our collections with a customer-friendly 15-day return window. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear unless faulty.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our Louisville-based customer care team will respond within 1 business day with return authorization and instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package Your Return

Securely package your items in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping fees apply for exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Lingerie & Sleepwear (from our “Lingerie & Sleepwear” collection)
  • Swimwear
  • Items without original tags
  • Items showing signs of wear or washing

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend declaring the package as a “Returned Item” to potentially reduce customs charges.

Damaged or Faulty Items
